Shipping for Bubble FLO®️ PEP Devices & Tube Assemblies
UK Shipping
All Bubble FLO®️ PEP Devices and Tube Assemblies are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24. This provides end-to-end tracking and aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch.
European Shipping
Orders to European countries are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
Important for EU Customers
We use the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme for eligible orders shipping to the EU.
• Orders must be under €150 (excluding shipping costs) to qualify for IOSS.
• This helps you avoid paying additional VAT and handling fees upon delivery, as VAT is collected at checkout.
• Orders over €150 may be subject to local taxes and import duties upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping for Print-on-Demand Products
Some items in our store—such as apparel, accessories, and other print-on-demand products—are made especially for you as soon as you place an order.
Why the delay?
Creating products on demand rather than in bulk helps reduce waste and overproduction. As a result, delivery may take a little longer, but your thoughtful purchasing supports more sustainable practices.
