Refunds & Returns Policy
At Bubble FLO®️, we take pride in the quality of our products and are confident you’ll love your purchase. However, we understand that occasionally things don’t go as planned. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.

Change of Mind – Online Orders Only
In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers purchasing online have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you wish to do so, you must notify us within this period.
To request a return, contact info@bubbleflo.com with your order number. If your request meets the criteria, we will issue return instructions. Returns that are not authorised in advance will not be accepted.
Returned items must be:
• Unopened
• In original, resaleable condition
• In undamaged, original packaging
• Have all tamper seals intact (if applicable)
Please note: We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:
• Items that have been opened or used
• Goods that have had their tamper seals broken
• Personal care or hygiene items where packaging has been opened

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it. We may request photographic evidence to assess the issue.
Where an item is confirmed as faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
Return postage for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by us.

Sale & Discounted Items
Items bought in a sale or with a discount code can only be returned if they are faulty or not as described. Refunds for non-faulty sale items are not available.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and assessed, we will confirm whether a refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several working days for the payment to appear in your account, as processing times vary between banks.
We do not refund original shipping charges unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Return Shipping Costs
• If you’re returning an item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We strongly recommend using a tracked service. Items lost in return transit will not be refunded.
